This Friday comedian Raju Srivastava was shown the door by Bigg Boss who was in nomination with Vindoo Dara Singh and Pravesh Rana. With this elimination it seems that Bigg Boss is not for the people who can not create high drama to bring the TRPs up. Popular figures like Vinod Kambli and Raju Srivastava had maintained very low profile and hardly contributed to the TRP and hence are no longer on the show. Where the master of back bitching and melodramatic character like Rohit Verma was chosen over Kambli, the strategic players and manipulators like Vindoo and Pravesh were chosen over Raju to keep the show alive. It is seen also in earlier sessions of Bigg Boss that Ravi Kisan and Raja Chaudhury made it to final because of their strategic moves and entertaining audiences with their foul language and shameful acts like misbehaving to women contestants.
It was more or less predictable that Raju will be the victim of the fights between Vindoo and Pravesh. Both Vindoo and Pravesh got large number of votes from their supporters where Raju was taken granted by his supporters and hence sidelined. Here I would like to mention that in first session of Bigg Boss, audience used to vote out the contestant whom they dislike, hence had to vote against a single contestant. If that would have been the case we would have not missed our favorite contestants Kambli and Raju.
It also to be noted that comedian Ehsaan Kureshi was also eliminated on his first nomination in second session of Bigg Boss. This questions the popularity of stand up comedians among the general audience. Even Amitabh Bachchan once demotivated Raju saying his acts are hard to understand.
As we noticed in this episode Amitabh Bachchan was bringing appropriate questions to the contestants. He was trying best to disclose the mind game every contestant is now playing. When Pravesh Rana is reminding others about what they had said on the show earlier, it would be interesting to see if he keeps his words and leaves the show after Vindoo chosen by INDIA to be on the show.

totally agreed GS, this show is not judge of popularity. Its all about dram aand TRP.
Pravesh supporters, voted for him as they though his chance for elimiantion are high and so does vindoo supporters.
Where as Raju becuase of low profile sufferes.
JUst see I never voted for Big Boss but I some how want Pravesh to out so even I voted 2 votes for Vindoo :) , although I donot like Vindoo also.

I like way Poonam slaped Pravesh when he was talking about his family values. He has nothing ese left to say then. It was like a sannn kinda slap on Pravesh face.
I think Poonam also got an idea that , playing goody goody can save one from nomination but cannot save from elimination. To get saved from elimination, one has to make sure of his/her presence.

This week I am seeing Poonam, Vindoo got nominated ahian as only they two are left from other group and claudia has played really well in shifting groups as per requirement. She was with rohit , vindoo when they were strong and when they got weak she so smoothly changes her group again

I think, Bakhtiyar is working hard to get himself nominated. But definitely Poonam and Vindoo this time.

I agree tht big boss is certainly not for the people who cannot do any drama. This show is craving for the TRP, Raju is not lowering the TRP but he is not adding TRP of the show, so y will BB will allow him to b in the show?? Right?? Poonam, Aditi will not last for long unless they create some nuisance or drama...!!!
Thr can only be two reasons y Raju is out: 1) Fight between Pravesh and vindo, people forgot to save RAJU 2) Big Boss wanted Raju to b out for more drama and nuisance of Pravesh and Vindu, sahi hain na?
By the way, ths is the game where only one person has to suvive till end..Lets see who will win.
